If for any reason you wish to return the drawing you have purchased, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. The artwork must be returned to us by post, to be signed for, and with tracking, and in its original condition. Once we receive the returned drawing, we will process a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Your newly purchased artwork will be shipped to you free of charge. We will take great care in packaging your artwork. It will be gently rolled and placed in a robust, secure tube designed to prevent any damage during shipping, to ensure it reaches you safely. All free shipping options include signed delivery, so it will be handed directly to you or a designated recipient.
